great caretaker for furry friends
Pet care experience
I have had a dog since I was nine years old. When I was younger I had a family dog who my whole family would collectively take care of. I currently have a golden doodle named Duke who is a big lovely ball of fur. I have raised Duke from when he was a puppy and trained him by myself. I also have experience with rescue dogs with my family dog from when I was younger. Dogs have always been a huge part of my life. I love to care and make them happy every time I am with them. I have taken care of my neighbors dogs when they are away for many years. This included, lots of visits, feeding, letting out, and playing with them. I have also been to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Kanab, Utah to volunteer and learn more about what they do.

Leila was wonderful! She did everything we asked and kept us updated on our cat while we were away. She even accommodated a last minute request to increase the drop ins from once a day to twice a day since he had surgery a couple weeks ago and needed to be fed a specific kind of food while were away. A typical day
I believe dogs, especially high energy dogs, need plenty of physical and mental stimulation. Going to dog parks, long walks, and playing with toys are easy for me to complete with your dog. I also have great knowledge on how to mentally stimulate your dog as well with different treats and toys.
