I didn’t grow up around dogs, but I’ve made up for lost time. I spent about 8 years working in various veterinary offices; first as a receptionist and then as a vet tech. I have plenty of experience in care for special needs pets, so you can be assured that all meds will be properly administered. I’d love to come meet your best friend!

Unfortunately, I’m not able to care for any pets in my own home. However, I’m happy to come take care of your pet in the environment that they’ll be happiest in anyway…their home. I’m open to overnights, weekends, and some holidays.

Wonderful!!! Our girl will always pout when we leave, but we felt very comfortable knowing Leila was with her. She sent us pictures, fast to communicate. We are very happy.
Leila was the perfect sitter. We have a little Jack Russell that had a trauma and can be very leary of people and animals. She can get a bit spicy on occasion. She warmed up to Leila very quickly due to her tender, loving personality. Leila sent pictures while we were gone and they were very chummy on the couch, on the deck, playing in her plastic pool or going for walks. We felt very comfortable knowing she was happy and in good hands. Leila was not only great with our little Static, she also washed the sheets and towels so we could have more time to enjoy our much missed little doggy! I would highly recommend Leila to anyone who is looking for a wonderful, reliable person to really care and spend time with their precious animal!
Leila is an incredible human and so trustworthy in every way! We had the pleasure of spending time with her and getting to know one another before we went out of the country leaving our home and fur babies in her care! I did not worry about the pups or anything else knowing Leila was here. She kept I’m close touch and sent many photos to us while we were away. Please don’t hesitate to allow Leila in your home or to care for your pets. Thank you ever so much, Leila! You’re just the best!

Schedule
My schedule is super open and I’m even happy to take last minute clients. Just let me know what works best for you and I’ll do my best to make it happen! All of my children are grown or almost there, and my own pets have others to care for them.
