I am a new resident of Baton Rouge and so excited to be here! Im a native New Yorker and will be entering a PhD program at The University of LA in September. I have been a dog lover and owner for many years. When younger I was the girl who always brought home strays, and found homes for most of them. Ihave a rescue from Puerto Rico. He is called Anubis and he's half Doberman, half Chihuahua. I have no idea how that happened, and Anubis isnt telling. He has a dog park in his complex and enjoys running through sprinklers and sprinting. There is nothing like the love of a dog. I enjoy walking and running with them and enjoying their company.I think time spent with dogs is really beneficial and relaxing. I talk to my animals all the time and enjoy their constant company. They will get the very best care with me. I enjoy all breeds and sizes of dogs. I have also taken care of several senior dogs over the years. I enjoy seniors. They are so wise and wonderful. Cuddly ones are great as well! And I've also had cats of all ages. I never thought I liked cats until I got a Persian rescue named Pandora. She was white and gorgeous. Very demanding. Very noble. Like a queen. She was fabulous!
