Fenced yard, dog door, playmates!
Pet care experience
I love to host and foster animals in my home. We have fostered over 50 different cats and dogs over the last 4 years, and we are comfortable with friendly, well behaved animals. Cats welcome- will be given their own room for comfort. Dogs will have a big, playful pup to wrestle and play all day long, so they must be animal friendly. We have a fenced yard with a doggy door to use for lots of playtime and easy potty breaks. Let us provide a home away from home for your furry child! We promise love, snuggles, and plenty of play! P.S. I work in human healthcare and comfortable with medications or special requests. We look forward to meeting you and your furry friend!

Leigh is one of those people to whom animals seem to gravitate. Over my 5 years as a cat program coordinator, while volunteering Leigh at two rescues, she has always been a welcome for animals who needed a soft place to land. She has a special instinct for those seniors who need a slower pace for transitions. Leigh has also fostered full litters of kittens with their moms and dogs with a spectrum of energy. She has a friendly, steady presence with animals, which makes them feel secure in a new environment, and the nursing background to medicate her fosters. I would happily trust any animal, including my own, to her care.
Leigh is a wonderful person and an even better animal caregiver. She volunteers her time fostering and working with animals. She watches our cats every time we leave and we come home to happy animals! She sends picture updates and clean litter boxes.
