I have been around dogs all my life and have consistently watched friends and family's dogs for the last six years. My partner, Ethan, and I have two high-energy, adventure-loving dogs that are our entire world (Waylon and Scrappy). Our dogs lead an active lifestyle with regular hiking, backpacking, fishing, swimming, and XC skiing. As a dog-owner, I understand how anxiety provoking it can be to be away from your dog. I will ensure your dog feels comfortable, gets plenty of exercise, and has a great time. I am an excellent communicator and will keep you updated with photos and videos throughout your dog's stay with us.

Our dog stayed with Leigh Ann & her dogs for an overnight visit in her home. He had a great time playing ball & going on walks with Scrappy & Waylon. Leigh Ann made sure he got lots of exercise with updates & photos texted to me throughout the day. I recommend Leigh Ann especially if you have an energetic dog who needs exercise.
Leigh was amazing with our super shy Aussie puppy! She sent tons of photos and took him on lots of walks! Highly recommend!
Leigh is hands down the best pet sitter I’ve ever had! She has such a love for animals and was very attentive to my dog Maggie and gave me frequent updates on their adventures while I was out of town. Leigh was perfect at handling my dogs slightly more anxious personality, and when my flight was delayed she was able to keep Maggie for another evening even though it was very last minute. My entire trip from start to finish was so much less stressful having my dog with Leigh! I hope she’s available every time I’m out of town
Leigh would be a wonderful caregiver for your pet(s). She has two very friendly dogs of her own, and her love for them shows in everything she does. She provides generously for all of their needs, and she is very active outdoors with them. She loves our dog like she is her own. I highly recommend Leigh as a caregiver for your beloved pet(s)!

We live on 1 acre in a rural location and have ample room for outdoor activities - our property borders national forest land. Our dogs make excellent playmates, but can also separate dogs if needed and appropriate.

A typical day
I understand the importance of both physical and mental stimulation for active pups. We will spend a lot of time outside getting exercise and playing ball. Evening snuggles are always in the cards!

Availability
I work remotely and have a relatively flexible work schedule during the week. With two high energy dogs, regular outside time, ball throwing, and walks are part of the daily schedule. Happy to take your dog on weekend adventures!
