Pet care experience
I have fostered both cats and dogs through shelters and fostered through friends and family as well. I have experience with special needs cats and a few different exotic animals. I have had pet dogs of my own, but now currently own two cats and not able to keep a pup in my apartment, making me miss their love! I have petsat for friends and family since I was young, and understand how to walk, clean up after, bathe, and overall take care of all dogs, big and small. Leigh-Anne, our daughter, has a warm and caring heart, and has been a huge animal lover from a very early age. Currently she owns a Blue-Fronted Amazon, 2 Orange Tabby cats and 2 small birds,(all rescues) and frequently welcomes multiple foster animals into her home from the local shelter. On a personal note, my husband and I are avid cruisers and often away. Leigh-Anne takes care of our house and cats while we are away, including emptying the dreaded litter box. She is prompt, dependable, efficient and will love and care for your pets like they were her own.

Knowing if they are protective over food/water/toys is always important, as I never want to disrespect the boundaries of a dog I am with. How pet parents deal with bad behavior is also important. Their medical information is important, along with their daily routine. And my favorite question to ask: their favorite toy!
A typical day
There is a beautiful walking track around lake minneola where I have walked other dogs before, giving us both a chance to relax in the sun and near the water and take breaks in the shade when needed.

I currently work from home and on my own schedule, leaving me very free to come over and take care of your furry family member. I am able to pick things up at the last minute, and overall very flexible.
