I have always had a dog or dogs since my earliest memory. My parents taught me that owning a dog is a commitment and the responsibility is great. A pet will be there for you through thick and thin and they have feelings too, usually that they wear on their furry sleeve. The love of dogs led me to a rewarding career being a representative for a premium dog food. I represented the company in PetSmarts, Petcos and various dog shows. I couldn't believe they were paying me to go talk to people and play with their dogs. It was a dream. I worked there until the company discontinued the in-store program. I've been trying to get back to working with dogs ever since. After helping my neighbors with their dogs and pets I am ready to make the leap and start a pet sitting business with the help of Rover.com!
