Pet care experience
My experience with dogs started at four with my golden retriever named Bean and my most recent was a catahoula named Hula. In between there were also hamsters, birds, rats, bearded dragons, and other little friends! I have experience with older pets, as well as those who require medication.

My job is to make sure your friend is as comfortable as possible in your absence! Unfortunately while I won’t be able to watch dogs and cats at my home, I am more than happy to welcome any friends who are in tanks or cages to stay at my place while you are gone!

It’s important for me to know any pets in your neighborhood your dog has had a negative experience with in the past, as well as habits your dog may have that might need a closer eye than usual. This included any recent pain or habits getting into places that aren’t safe for them.
A typical day
One of my favorite things about dog sitting is continuing the little traditions you have made with your pet. I love taking them where they are comfortable and allowing them to show me around their favorite toys back home or in their favorite park!

Availability
I work at an elementary school, so I have afternoon, evening, as well as weekend availability. I am also more than happy to stay overnight!
