Pet care experience
I have take care of animals for about 10 years; I am an active duty Marine that works remote, but I was a surgical veterinary technician and a dog trainer prior to joining. My spouse is a veterinarian as well! So we have a ton of experience with animals all different sizes. Additionally, I have gone to school for animal behavior and work on training for cats and dogs.

She’s fantastic truly what you want when it comes to a caretaker, she gave my dog a bath after they played in the backyard sent me tons of videos and updates each day and really made my son Remy apart of her home. 100% recommend/ completely satisfied

The animals are always monitored when interacting with each other and outside. For walks, I do not do off leash just due to safety. Additionally, my own and client pets I do not take to parks. All animals need to be fully vaccinated and on proper flea treatment. I have a fenced in yard, and at night my animals sleep in a crate.

If you animal has any behavioral issues (nervous around strangers, escape artist, other animal aggression), they take any medications, or if you are worried about something for him/her (I.e. has been limping, skin issues, etc.)
A typical day
I love to do enrichment activities for any animal I watch from exotics to large animals this way they can trust me and enjoy their time while under my care. If walks, endless tennis ball throwing, or even scent work is a thing then I will gladly do what makes them happy. For my pups we do work on training daily and also dock jumping and rally.

Availability
I live 10 mins from work so I am constantly home. Additionally, I always take one of my kids to work daily, it is just dependent on the animal.
