Absolutely 5-star and beyond! This was my first time using Rover and Leah went above and beyond my expectations. My dog and I went for a meet-and-greet at her house to make sure she would feel comfortable there and get along with Leah’s kids and dog, which was very reassuring. She also sent tons of pictures and videos each of the six days I was gone on vacation to keep my mind at ease that Sophie was being well taken care of. Sophie was so comfortable and had a great time on her “vacation.” Leah gave me a report of how everything went when I picked Sophie up, which was really great, since I’ve boarded her at kennels in the past and they told me basically nothing about how it went. Would recommend Leah to anyone and everyone for overnight stays or daycare. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my doggy!
