Female-led small dog walking and drop in service

Pet care experience

Dog first aid emergency canine care certified Fully insured with Protectivity DBS checked I've always had dogs throughout my childhood. I now have 2 Jack Russel Terriers, one of which is dog reactive so I have experience here with my own pupper. I've had both since they were 8 weeks old and whelped a litter from them meaning I'm confident caring for puppies also. I'm excited to kick start this new adventure with your furry friend, so get in touch with all your pet service needs!

Leah has been great caring for Karl while we’ve been away, Karl has had a great time and is knackered after all the fun he’s had!! We’ll absolutely be asking Leah to care for him again 😊😊

Leah has worked with dotty my labradour. Leah has encouraged all types of walking on and off lead once dotty became comfortable. Leah is very good with the dogs and dotty really enjoys walks with leah and other dogs also. Leah is a very polite lady and dottyvhas become fond of her always enjoying walks and been a lab treats. I would certainly recommend leah to anyone who would like there little fur baby's looking after well.

Leah is a very knowledgeable and caring dog walker. She is patient and supportive, offering reliable care for my dogs and great tips to help with training my dogs for walking them.

Leah has always been amazing with my dogs. They love it when she comes around and are always extremely excited to see her. They love going out with her and are always very happy and ready for a snooze when they come back.

During drop ins I'm happy to give fresh food and water. I will let your dog out for a toilet break. With lots of play too! I take water on all walks so this is available for any pupper needing it. As well as a first aid kit, just in case, hopefully it is never needed. Of course, I always have pockets full of treats and will accommodate dietary requirements where possible. I will ask about any marker and command words you use for your dog and I will implement these myself. If on one to one walks, I will allow lots of sniffing and encourage your pup to build confidence on their walks, whilst implementing any training you request (please note I'm not a trainer however).

Information Leah S. would like to know about your pet

Does your dog walk well on the lead? What about off the lead? Do they have good recall? Are they anxious or aggressive around other dogs and/or people? What is your dog's favourite treat? Any dietary requirements? Any other requirements I can accommodate?

A typical day

You furry friend will get to spend time enjoying all the smells in the neighbourhood. I love walking around green spaces, especially with streams and lakes near by. I will happily take note of any training you're implementing and have a reactive dog myself so know how important it is to build your puppers confidence and help them to feel safe.
