Pet sitter since 2003, dog lover since forever. Currently a graduate student with the time and flexibility to commit to your pup. I currently have no animals, although this past year I fostered a senior German Shepherd with severe health problems. I'm patient and love to care for animals with all types of needs. I love walking the trail and parks near my house, so walks are a guarantee. I'm happy to watch your dog at my place or yours, whatever works best for you! My place: I have a secluded dog area and 1 roommate who is a dog lover as well. I look forward to showing your pup some love while you're away. I know that animals are family, I provide updates and they are always my number one priority!

Leah is an AMAZING sitter! Our dog has some less than desirable behaviors (resource guarding, leash reactivity, general anti-social behavior with other dogs) but Leah quickly reassured us that she already had experience handling this and put our worries to rest. Leah took the time to meet us and our dog ahead of the sitting, and gave us the opportunity to do so before confirming the booking (though we could tell we liked her immediately and booked right away). The first day of the sitting, she actually came and picked our dog up, which saved us a ton of time. Throughout our dog's stay, we got tons of adorable pictures and updates. Leah took our dog on a walk everyday (sometimes multiple times a day) and gave her tons of attention. When Leah dropped our dog off, our dog was sad to leave her. We've already gone ahead and booked our dog's next stay with Leah. I could not recommend her any higher!
Leah was an excellent companion for our puppy and house sitter, we could not have asked for a better situation, especially the first time leaving our puppy overnight. She was responsive, attentive and went above and beyond with activities and house chores. Would absolutely work with Leah again!
Zeus loved hanging out Leah. She took him to the dog park next to the lake everyday she was there. Will definitely be using Leah again.
Leah was great with Indy . She took her on walks and on outings and gave her a lot of love. I loved getting the pics too :) I will definitely use her again :-)))

If I'm caring for your pup at my place I'd walk your dog around my beautiful South Congress neighborhood or on walking trails at my neighborhood park. If your dog likes to play fetch or any other games I'm happy to play! My place is a 10 minute walk from a dog park, so if your dog needs some pup-pup time I'm happy to take them there. I know some dogs don't do well with other dogs so I'd never take them without your approval.
