I love all animals and especially love to cuddle and play with them. When your pet is lonely or needs more bathroom breaks burning the day I can be there for them. They are my #1 priority! If walks are what they need I will make sure they get out as long as they need. I love to walk fun paths and am always prepared for any kind of weather or length of walk. If your pet is nervous to go to another house, I do house visits to check in on them several times a day if you are away. I want to make sure they have fun and are not lonely. I will jump through hoops for you and your furry friend!

Leah and her family welcomed our energetic Hank to their family like he was their own dog. He had all the playtime, cuddles, and walks that he would have at home. I would highly recommend Leah to watch your pet. She loves animals and kept me updated while we were out of town.
Leah watched my dog Luna for 3 days and 2 nights. She was very attentive to her and took awesome care of her. She even let her sleep on her bed. Next time I need a pet sitter I’ll definitely use Leah :)

I have several years of experience working with timid and medically needy animals. I understand that some pets take longer to warm up to strangers than some other pets might. I have the patience and skills to make your pet feel comfortable and safe with me. I also have the ability to give medicine orally to your pet as I worked with sick animals for years.

Let me know if any recent or important medical history that I might need to look out for when taking care of your dog. I also like to know if they like to bolt so I can make sure to adjust my grip on their leash or collar. If they tend to chase after anything on walks, I like to know that before hand so I can be prepared in case we encounter a situation like that. I like to be safe and be knowledgeable about the animal I care for!
A typical day
There’s a long bike path right across the street from my house that I am able to walk everyday with your dog. Whatever their pace is, I can keep up. I keep dog treats and toys with me to play with keep up with tricks they might be learning.

Availability
I work full time but have the availability to take a couple breaks during the day. I’m available from 8-9am, 12:30-2pm, and any time after 5pm on weekdays. As for weekends, I’m free anytime.
