There really is nothing better than the love of a good dog, so it’s usually heart-shattering to lose one. I was the proud dog mom to a much beloved dog named Snoopy, but he was put to sleep after seven wonderful years due to a serious illness. I loved him as if he were a member of my immediate family and he came first, even before my own interests. It’s been difficult to get over my loss, but I’m slowly on the mend, and I think this is a great opportunity to open my heart again to our furry best friends. It’s going to take me a little longer to find another dog, but in the meantime, I’d love to care for your pup and be in the company of adorable dogs again. They truly bring so much unbridled joy and happy energy, I really miss having one around. While Snoopy was alive, I made sure he had everything he could possibly need, from regular veterinary visits to administering medications, to going on long, leisurely walks. It was only after I realized he was in terrible pain, I knew I had to let him go. To keep him would’ve been selfish. I live in a huge, dog-friendly apartment complex on the southside of Charlotte with plenty of open areas to run and play! I teach yoga for about four hours a day but I am free the rest of the day to spend time with your beloved pup! I love being in the outdoors, so we’ll go on many natural and urban adventures together. We’ll hit some dog-friendly cafes and dog parks––not only for your dog, but for me as well––I love being around as many dogs as possible and it’s a great way to connect with other dog lovers too. As a former pet owner I know how much your dog means to you as a member of your family. I love dogs, all animals as a matter of fact, and enjoy every pup I come in contact with. I’ve dog sat for friends and family for many years, and my current customers love how comfortable I am around their dogs and how quickly they take to me. I have a calm, patient demeanor. As a yoga instructor, I believe in balance and serenity, and I make sure to practice what I preach outside the yoga studio. Your pup will not only be safe and comfortable but adored and cherished.
