I'm Leah I'm on Rover because I love animals and look forward to the opportunity to care for your pets. Right now, I’m available mornings, evenings & weekends. I come from a vet's home - my pops had his own vet hospital in Cary for more than 30 years, and at 16 I started walking & bathing the dogs at his practice. I had a Calico cat my whole life, my sweet Millie, who we lost some years ago to old age. In March 2018, I finally got a dog of my own, Zoey. She's the sweetest, most energetic Shepherd mix ever, my reason for being. I can’t wait to meet yours too!

Leah was so sweet with all my senior animals. She knew exactly how to help my blind dog get around, and show each animal individual love and care. I loved her pictures and follow up. She will definitely be my regular sitter!

A typical day
Walks (and runs, if your dog likes that) if you'd like an active stay. We will be smart and safe in the hot weather. Happy to just couch and cuddle too.

I work M-F regular biz hours, but I'm available for drop-ins at your home mornings/nights/weekends. I don't do regular dog sitting anymore since I'm back to work full-time, but I am open to weekend overnight stays.
