At Leah's Paws & Whiskers Care, I have years of experience with animals. I have grown up with cats and also volunteered at a shelter for a few years. I know how to administer topical and oral medication in cats and dogs. I have also observed IV and injection medication administration in cats and am a very quick learner. I have years of casual dog walking experience as well!

Leah is the best!! She did a great job with the cats, was incredible about sending updates and lots of pictures. She was kind enough to do a meet and great before watching them for a week and was fantastic while watching them.

While I am not offering boarding services as of right now, being able to drop in on your cat or dog will allow them to feel safe in their own environment. They won't have to adjust to a new place and can feel safe right at home! For cats, during drop-in visits I will ensure food and water are available as well as the litter box being cleaned. Play time is also always a necessity! Same goes for dogs, with the addition of a walk! (If your cat also enjoys going on walks, I am more than happy to take them for one!)

A typical day
I love going for walks and/or runs, so those are always my go-to! Depending on the area, I can take your dog to a park or just play with them in the yard! I also enjoy a good cuddle time!

Availability
I am currently looking to transition to a more hybrid or remote job, but in the meantime, I usually have availability in the early mornings, evenings, and weekends. I have a cat of my own, so I take care of her while I am not working, and would be able to provide the same services for your pet!
