I absolutely love dogs. When I was younger I always wanted a dog but, unfortunately, couldn't have one. Later on in life, during my high school years I became a volunteer for the Doggie House foundation and it changed my life. This foundation rescues street dogs and gives them shelter. In the shelter we built for these dogs a safe environment in which they felt protected. During those years I interacted with so many different types of dogs, gained so much experience, and consequently grew to love them even more. Now, I moved away from home to go to college and my dorm doesn't allow me to have any pets, which is why I would love to spend my free time taking care of dogs.
