Pet care experience
Currently, I have one large lovebug dog of my own. Prior to some life changes I had 2 dogs, 2 cats, and chickens. I grew up with lots of animals: cats, dogs, chickens, ducks, hamsters. I have tons of experience caring for larger breeds and more recently tried my hand with some little guys and loved every minute of it. I don't have a fenced yard but live a 5 minute drive away from an area with amazing walking trails and I would be happy to take your pups there to romp (with your approval, of course). My parents trusts me every summer to care for their aging golden retriever for their week long summer vacation. I understand boarding older dogs can be particularly difficult.

I have a large enough home that, if necessary, my dog can be separated from the area your pet needs to occupy. I am a person of routine and my days follow a pretty simple schedule. My dog gets breakfast and dinner and several short outings each day. We go for a long walk at least once a day in the sidewalked neighborhood to our rear. When weather and timing is appropriate we go for even longer romps at Burrage Pond. She is treated monthly for heartworm, flea and tick, and gets nail trims every 4 weeks. She is the real queen of the castle over here. Occasionally we hit a dog park but we are nature lovers so more likely to hit the trails.

Walks at burrage. Local dog parks and neighborhood sidewalk walks with approved kid and dog interactions. Snuggles. We love to go outside. Depending on the length of stay and owners preference I have a few places in Plymouth I like to take dogs as well. Off season beach walks are a must.

Availability
I work part time (1 or 2 days a week) and I will be in nursing school during the fall. This means I'll be at school a few mornings out of the week and the rest of my time will be home, studying my life away. I would love to keep your pups company while I do so. Taking study breaks to play with puppies? Yes, please!
