Pet care experience
I volunteered at a large animal shelter and with a rescue organization in LA for over five years. Most of the dogs I've worked with or fostered had been in a difficult situation and were dealing with abandonment and separation anxiety. I can't say I've seen it all, but I've seen a lot, which allows me to appreciate all the quirks that make each dog unique! I love all breeds and mixes, but large dogs will always hold a special place in my heart. I work normal business hours, but I don't have any pets right now, which means I can give lots of attention to your fur babies. Whether your dog prefers long walks or lazy days on the couch, I know we'll have a nice time.
Reviews
Leah is always so great! Very communicative, leaves the house in perfect condition, and provides puppy updates throughout the stay!
Leah was great! Very attentive to the pups, we got daily reports and photos. She left the house spotless.
Leah was absolutely amazing as a sitter for our two dogs! She went above and beyond for them while we were out of the country on vacation. She is so caring and conscientious - she followed my numerous instructions pertaining to the dogs and our home perfectly (and I am pretty high maintenance!!) She was also in constant communication with us and provided daily photos & text updates so I never had to worry that our dogs were being neglected. I highly recommend her and we will absolutely hire her to take care of our dogs in the future! She is terrific!
Leah was very responsive while we were away and took great care of our pups with updates throughout the day and pictures. We came home two two happy dogs!

Information Leah C. would like to know about your pet
You know your dog best, so a heads up on their most and least favorite things would be appreciated! What's their favorite activity? Are there any noises or things that scare them? How can I make your dog feel comfortable?
A typical day
We can take a walk or run around the neighborhood, play fetch in the backyard, or work on training basics. Both mental and physical stimulation are very important to a dog's health and well-being, particularly when the family's out of town!
