Pet care experience
Hi there! I am one of the biggest animal lovers you’ll meet! Currently, I take care of my big, happy rescue dog with my loving family, and I want to share the quality of care I give to my pet with all of the dogs, cats, and other pets in this area. I love learning about each individual animal to see how they like to play, which activities they enjoy doing most outside, and how much personal attention they need to be happy. My dog is a huge boxer-pit bull that loves licking faces and laying as close as she can to people, but also need some extra attention and patience when going on walks since she is so strong and loves adventure. I've worked with all sorts of pets, big and small, for about 18 years throughout my life, so I know how to give every animal the love and care they need to live a happy, exciting life! I am also a responsible and quick learner who understands that the owner's preferences and rules are best and necessary when caring for their pets. I can't wait to meet you and care for your beautiful furry friends! I am currently working mostly from home with a flexible work schedule, so I will be able to come and go as needed! Your pet’s schedule is my priority. I pay close attention to detail and do exactly what the owners ask of me. Whether it’s taking your pet outside, going for a walk, or caring for them in your home, I plan to follow your directions exactly as given. I am happy to announce that I am now offering doggy day care and overnight boarding in my home! There will never be another animal in the house while yours is here so that I can ensure safety and full attention on your fur baby. Although my schedule is only set to weekends, please send me a message if you are interested in day care or overnight boarding during the week! I am so excited to show your pets so much love as I take care of them while you’re away! Fun fact - pet photography is a passion of mine, so I can guarantee great photos after every visit :)

My cat is a huge fan of Leah's. Normally he is all in my face and doesn't let me have a moment's peace when I walk in the door after trips....but he kept looking at the door as if looking for Leah AND he was totally chill. Thank you Leah for taking such good care of my senior boy.
Leah was fantastic! Always updated us with pictures every time she stopped at the house. Definitely will use her again!
Leah took great care of our cat, Bella. She gave us wonderful updates on how she was doing and sent us pictures. I am so glad I went with Rover and found Leah. I will have her take care of Bella again.

I have experience with all ages, sizes, and breeds! Whatever category your dog or pet fits into, I’m more than happy to care for them. Some information I like to know ahead of time is their attitude towards other animals, dogs, and other people we might pass during our walks so that I can give up pet the attention and distance from others that they need to feel safe. I also like to know of any medications, serving sizes of food, preferences, and other important information about their lifestyle. Your dog’s health, safety and happiness are my top priority!
A typical day
I prioritize matching my energy level and activities to whatever your pet needs. I have high-energy dogs, so I’m able to run around with them and keep them active, but I’ve also watched low-energy dogs who like to just lay by me and get a nice belly scratch! Either way, I plan on taking your dogs for fun walks out in nature, and wherever they’re most comfortable. I like to walk through nice neighborhoods, or local parks! I also love playing fetch, catch, chase, and working on their fun tricks. Whatever they love, I’ll love it too!
