Pet care experience
I have cared for all ages of dog from puppy to seniors. I love any size dog, big or small! I have cared for multiple dogs in one household (small & large). I have cared for dogs with special medical needs and I'm very comfortable administering medications if needed.
Reviews
Super grateful for Lea and company! Looks like Georgia routinely has a great time, gets lots of exercise, and even has her obedience training reinforced. We are so grateful for the fantastic care Lea provides.
Lea is the best! Can’t believe how easy this process has been.
Lea took great care of my dog Rex! She sent us updates and pictures of him every day and I could tell he was happy while we were gone. She also texted us one day because she noticed a behavior that could indicate a stomach problem. I am so glad we found Lea, and would definitely ask her to watch Rex again!
Excellent! Lea was communicative and kind. Georgia seemed to like her a lot and the space they shared during Georgia’s stay. We’re grateful to have Lea in our community. Definitely plan to book her again!

At a pet’s home, I can be both a pet sitter and dog sitter! I know all the questions to ask when caring for a pet in their own home: food/snacks, walking routes, routines, crating, emergency vets and more. I'm also happy to provide any house sitting needs like watering plants and collecting mail or packages. Providing comfort, routine, and lots of love to your pup is my main goal! For boarding I can easily accommodate 1-2 small dogs. I love my large to XL dogs but unfortunately don’t the space to board them at the moment. We have a fenced-in front yard and a secluded courtyard in the back. Pups are welcome on the furniture and don’t need to be crate trained but we have room to put a crate if that’s your preference! In a lovely neighborhood with plenty of places to walk. The neighbor who shares our yard has two pups of her own (small & medium) and if your dog likes play dates that can easily be arranged! When your dog is here, they’ll get plenty of love! I am very responsive to my text messages and phone so I'm easy to reach and gladly provide updates on your pups!

Information Lea M. would like to know about your pet
If your dog has any special needs please don’t hesitate to tell me. Here are some things I’d love to know so I can best care for your pet: if your pet takes medications, any special diet, allergies, any fears (ex. storms, other dogs, large crowds), if they’re reactive during walks (ex. Other dogs, cats, squirrels), any recent history of bathroom accidents, and their vet contact in case of emergencies. The more info the better!
A typical day
I like to cater my care to the pet and owner’s needs! Does your dog typically walk three times a day? Perfect! I have a wonderful pet friendly neighborhood we can explore. Do they like to run it out at the park? I’m a short drive to Audubon or city park! Is your dog more of the snuggly couch potato type? We can watch plenty of Netflix with belly rubs. I can accommodate any energy level happily and know plenty of tricks/puzzles to keep even the most rambunctious of dogs entertained.

I work part-time at events so I will have plenty of time to take care of your pups! I can easily do daily walks and check-ins. I can also provide pet sitting during the week and some weekends (I will update my schedule as I receive it).
