Hii! ! I am a former Pet Store Manager and now I'm happily giving top-notch care to pets in my home 😊 IG: laysuspetsitting Feel free to DM me A little about me.. I’ve owned pets since I was a little girl. I have had guinea pigs, hamsters, birds, fish, cats and dogs. I currently have a fresh water planted aquarium in my living room, and 4 kitties upstairs in their kitty room (Kitty Nena, Nomi, Neji and Noah). They’re comfortably kept in their room at all times (except for a few evenings that I let them roam upstairs for a little.) They’re not allowed to go downstairs. I worked for Pet Supermarket retail stores for 9 years. I started as a sales associate and left as a Store Manager. Throughout that time I accumulated a lot of knowledge on pets, especially on dogs and cats. I truly enjoy their presence!

We used Rover as a last-minute option when our pet-sitter changed plans. Although we were skeptical of the process at first, we found Laysus on the site and were put at ease. We met with Laysus prior to boarding our old frenchie and she helped answer any and all questions we had. When we dropped off our pup, she allowed us to see inside her home where he would be staying for a couple days. During his time there, we received pictures, videos, and updates of how our pup was doing. Our dog seemed very comfortable there when we picked him up and was well cared for. We would definitely be using this service again!
Laysus was amazing! She updated us every day multiple times a day with pictures and videos. We were lucky to find her on this app. She was so so sweet and responsive. I would love to use her again for our next trip.

Laysus did a fantastic job with our puppy. 1) she sent regular updates with amazing little pictures. 2) she was very flexible and accommodating 3) communication was effortless. I knew Hazel enjoyed her visit! She was exhausted when I picked her up, so I’m sure Laysus spent plenty of 1:1 time to help burn up all that puppy energy. Her house was easy to find in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend her if you are local or visiting the keys (like us).

To have all the 1on1 time your dog needs, and to keep them safe… I only book 1 dog at a time. If you have another dog, I can happily take care of 2 since they belong to the same family! I can walk your dog as often as needed. I do enjoy taking walks around the neighborhood. I have an indoor area (living room/dining room) and a fenced outdoor area where I can care for them, which includes playing and/or training if you supply me with your dog’s favorite treats. When it’s time to sleep, they’ll sleep in my bedroom. I am open to special needs feeding, and I’m comfortable giving medicine if needed. I keep my house clean and organized. There’s no choking hazards on the floor. Floors are swept daily, and mopped frequently. 🙂 Safety is first!

Health (special needs, medication, allergies?) Food (What food do they eat? How frequently?) Trained (Are they potty trained?) Also, I would like to know your dog’s temperament, sleeping arrangements and schedule, and if they have any current health conditions such as constipation, urinary infection, urinary incontinence, etc. **Please bring your dog’s food. Additional items you should bring: feeding bowls, bed, training pads, crate, and any toys they might be attached to! I’m more than happy to answer any questions you have for me. A typical day
I will take your dog on walks, hang out in my backyard.. play and train (If pet parent allows). And most importantly, I will make sure your dog is properly eating and drinking water. I will send you videos and photos throughout the day, and keep you updated! Please don’t feel the need to reply to the updates, I much rather you enjoy your time!!

Availability
I am available 100% of the time. I set overnight alarms if pets need to be walked or checked on in the middle of the night. I am also up early at 7am.
