Pet care experience
I got my first dog at 7, and took care of him for 12 years until we had to put him down due to his age and health. I now have 2 of my own that I care for daily. They are my heart!! I have also dog sat for friends and family for years. I’m very good with any specific instructions, etc.

Layla takes really good care of my fur babies. I don’t have to worry about them when they are in her care. She’s a pet lover herself and treats them like her own. She even took excellent care of our pup who was post op and needed extra TLC. I highly recommend Layla.

I have two dogs of my own, one male (Dexter-4yrs) and one female (Roe-1yr). Neither of them stay in kennels nor kennel trained. They are both fixed and my male dog is not a dominant male dog. They do well with other dogs, but I would want them to meet the dogs I am taking care of first if they stay at my home, just to be safe. I feed my dogs twice a day (morning and night) and let them out very often.

I cannot take any dogs that are not good with other dogs, because of the two I have. I would like to know if your dog has any special needs it needs and I’d love to take care of that for you!
A typical day
I have a huge backyard, unfortunately it’s not fenced in, but there’s plenty of room for them to run around. I have plenty of dog toys and balls to throw with them outside. Also love to take my dogs on walks around the block, and they love it too!

Availability
I am available to pet sit every day EXCEPT Tuesdays and Thursdays (sometimes Fridays and Saturdays also-only on occasion). I work at a gift shop on Tuesdays and Thursdays therefore wouldn’t be available 10am-5pm those days.
