I've been raising dogs for the last 30 years. I love all animals and love the connection between a dog and their owners. Giving respect, kindness, and love to a dog is one life's great joys. Growing up on a farm, and taking care of dogs, cats, chickens, goats, was the centerpiece and foundation to the continued care-taking of the dogs I have raised and continue to love. Having a dog around has always made life better. I treat every dog as if they were my own and I am diligent about following any routine a dog owner has outlined. Avid hiker, I am happy with taking dogs outside for walks or hikes. I love all dogs of any size and breed! Dogs have 24/7 supervision when they come stay with me! Boarding environment:I live in a dog-friendly house on 1/3rd of an acre .5 mile west of Kipling and 38th, by Applewood Estates, with big fenced in area for them to play and run around, as well as I'm close to dog parks. I have dog beds (for larger breeds and for smaller breeds), dog bowls, and have tons of dog treats! If your dog stays with me, you would only need to bring their food, leash, and toys that are a comfort from home!  Volunteer experience: Austin Pets Alive (Austin, TX) Rescue. What I would like to know about your dog (s): Does your dog have any allergies, how many times the dog needs to go out a day, and feeding regimes. Is the dog crate trained? Are they dog-friendly with other dogs? What treats and toys your dog likes? The usual stuff! I work from home in the tech sector, so I'm at my house 24/7 to play and watch over the dogs.... so everyone is happy! My home and property is 1/3rd of an acre with a huge back yard and patio area for the dogs to sunbath and runaround to get their energy out!
