I have a Husky/ German Shepard mix who gets on well with most other dogs. He is a rescue and the best boi - he gets all the attention and love he could ever want. In 2020 I started fostering in home with a rescue hosting an array of dogs from large and medium, to an over abundance of puppies (even a deaf and blind one). Dogs ranged in age from 6 weeks to senior dogs. My dog, who stayed after being fostered, has gotten along with most all of them. The dogs that have been temporary enjoyed their stay and were potty trained if needed while here. I love being able to help dogs find their new FurEVER homes while still being able to give love while with me. I am home evenings and weekends. I have a doggie door and my yard is fenced and secure. My dog is lazy, but does enjoy play. I will make sure there is an abundance of fresh water, feed on your schedule, and go for walks if needed.

Our little Zelda had such a fun stay with Lauren! It was clear from the get-go that Lauren loves and knows how to handle dogs. We are so impressed with the quality of care our little Beagle received with Lauren. We would give more than 5 stars if we could! This was our first experience on Rover and what a fantastic experience it was.

Dogs have free range of the house. During cooler days I leave access open to the fenced back yard as I do Saturday morning chores around the home. After work I take dogs for walks or play as needed. Then it's dinner time with some love and pets before bed.

I am home weeknights and weekends. I have a doggie door for dogs trained to be alone for several hours. I am able to take daily walks if requested.
