I’ve taken care of animals since I was very young as growing up we had cats, dogs and guinea pigs. I have 2 large breed dogs that are 9 and 10. They are my pride and joy and they teach me something new everyday. Anyone who knows me, knows my pets are the center of my life and I’ll go to great lengths to ensure they are happy and healthy! I have experience taking care of post-surgical animals as well (including rehab exercises and instructions) as my dogs have both had multiple surgeries and procedures. Both of my fur babies have had 2 TPLO surgeries to fix their knees and my female has had a vulvaplasty to fix a chronic issue she was having, among smaller, less serious ailments. In addition, I am capable of safely and confidently administering scheduled medication as my dogs have been on medications previously and have daily medications that need to be administered (my male dog takes daily allergy medication and my female dog gets daily eye drops to control her Pannus). My friends and family know they can always count on me to take care of their animals while they are out of town and love them like my own! My friends and family also trust me enough to call and ask questions/advice when they are uncertain what might be happening with their fur baby or if they need more information about something dog-related. I love animals and often say we don’t deserve them because we really don’t! I promise to care for your fur baby like I do my own!
