Pet care experience
My reliability and love for all of the pets in my care has led me to over 8 years of overnight pet sitting. Additionally, I have worked at a dog grooming salon, cared for exotic animals, and provided a safe and calm environment for both sick and elderly furry family members. My experiences have made me confident in my ability to work with pets of all sizes, ages, and tempers. I am a remote worker who has recently gone part-time. My hours are flexible and I prefer to spend my free time with Olive, my roommates dog. I love to exercise and spend time outdoors. A pets life; walking, playing, resting, and eating. I currently live with a friendly German Shepard and have a big fenced in backyard to play catch in.

Lauryn house sat and took care of our active Irish Terrier for one week during our recent vacation. She is very professional (good communication skills and prompt with our introductory meeting) and also clearly good with animals. We returned to a clean home and houseplants, garden, and dog were all fine. I would definitely recommend her!

Lauryn recently took care of our cat and home for a weekend. I found her to be a great communicator, and it was so true while we were away. I received a few photos every day, and it put our hearts at ease to know that our kitty was being well cared for and companionship. In meeting Lauryn, I appreciated her care to meet and bond with our cat and spent time getting familiar with her. Our cat took to Lauryn’s kind energy. My cat, husband, and I liked the way Lauryn approached her introduction to all of us. I highly recommend Lauryn and look forward to working with her again in the future. She just made the possibility of traveling in the future an option without worry.

We would play catch, tug a war, and take nice long walks. I am in a dog friendly neighborhood with an abundance of trees, plants, and smells. Plus, an unlimited amount of scratches.
