Your pets' happiness is my priority! I hope to get to know your pets as well as you do so I can provide them with the best time possible and make their time away from you stress free for everyone. I only house pets from one client at a time, and I’m able to devote 100% of my time to your pets. I've owned and cared for dogs of all ages and with all activity levels, including reactive and aggressive dogs. I have training experience including desensitization, leash, and crate training. I practice positive reinforcement training techniques, using distraction and "tricks for treats" to disengage dogs with triggers. I can continue your work on commands with your dog if you're trying to teach them something new. My goal is to be your pets' favorite sitter, and your favorite pet sitter.

Lauryn was an exceptional sitter and our dog love being with her over the weekend. She was very communicative and sent numerous beautiful pictures and videos of their daily adventures. Here are some common questions I ask pet owners when meeting their dog for the first time. Feel free to answer any that are relevant for your pet in your first message to me. Is there anything that may trigger them? Do they travel well in cars? When meeting another dog, do they have any special personality quirks that I might want to be aware of? If so, how do you deal with that behavior in those situations? Are there any spots they don't like being touched? Are they good with kids, large dogs, small dogs, other animals? As a note, I have no breed preferences.
A typical day
There are dog friendly hiking trails around, great for everything from quick strolls to long runs. Some are more crowded than others, so trails can be chosen with your dog's preference in mind. The dog park is a short walk away for regular clients whose pets I’m wholly comfortable with. Last but not least a cozy couch snuggle is my favorite activity after a day of fun.
