I have grown up around all sorts of pets, but I started really working with animals in high school when I volunteered at my local humane society. I haven't had as many opportunities to work with animals in recent years, but I adopted my pittie mix six years ago, and I frequently pet sit for family and friends. I have experience with animals with special dietary and health needs/restrictions, as well as with animals who are still learning basic training and commands. I train with food and verbal rewards, but am happy to adapt to your system so that your dog is getting consistent reinforcements.
