Pet care experience
I have been blessed to share life with some amazing dogs and cats over the past 40 years. I think about what I would want for my dogs if I had to have someone help with their care.Trusting someone with your best friend has to be earned. Being an animal rescue volunteer I have fostered over 65 dogs and each ones needs are unique and it all comes down to being a bridge for them to build trust and loving on them as they wait for their forever family. I have had my companions from wee pups and shared life into their senior years. Patience, kindness, calmness, respect, accountability and reliability are characteristics I value and look to give and receive. There is so much joy in our 4 legged friendships. Marlowe did an excellent job in taking care of our fur baby Stitch. She provided updates and sent me a couple of videos. She also set up a meet and greet to ensure Stitch would get along with her own dogs as well as the dogs she’s fostering. We know Stitch was in great hands judging by her love for dogs (and cats). We highly recommend Marlowe and will definitely use her services again!
Marlowe is truly amazing! We boarded our 5 month old Shih Tzu, Misty, for a week and not only did Misty love her time with Marlowe, she came back home healthy and very happy. Highly, highly recommended.
This was the first time I left my dog with anyone and I was extremely anxious. From the moment I arrived for drop-off, Marlowe made me feel at ease, assuring me things would be fine. I returned home to a very happy little dog! I would never hesitate to leave my dog with Marlowe, never! She was amazing!

We have a full fenced and secure back yard for all of us to play in. Unless specifically requested I do not walk any dogs as added Saftey. Unknown neighborhoods and smells can add s unnecessary stress. For the small breeds we have visit they can get lots of exercise in our yard.

Let me know anything specific your dog needs. If they are crate trained or have their favourite bed, bring it along. Sometimes a blanket with your families scent is comforting too.
A typical day
The two big baskets of toys becomes a pickup game between me and the gang. I always enjoy seeing what toys make the cut. If dogs have their favs I say bring them. So long as they like to share :)
