Animals seem to gravitate towards me and I have a love for them that creates trust and understanding. I just really enjoy them! I let them know in all ways that they are safe and secure in my care. I have been caring for other people's fur family members for over 10 years. As you can see from the photos, most sizes and breeds and ages are part of my experience. I raised 3 exceptional dogs (others say they are, and I agree!) from puppies to senior adults. My experience includes lots of puppy/senior care and I also raised 3 cats and 2 rabbits. As all animals are unique, I adjust to them and what their pet parents want as they know them the best. Every pet is treated with love and respect. My experience in dealing with any situation that might arise is a testament to my ability to manage and make the best choices for your furry family member. Some dogs enjoy going swimming, hiking and to the mountains or for walks in the park or playing at home. Some pets just like hanging out and I help them to feel comfortable and cared for in your absence. Past clients have had special requests for their pets, such as travelling on flights, drop off to vacation areas or vet visits which are accommodated responsibly and efficiently. If you prefer for me to house sit and watch your fur babies in your home or pet visits/walks, I can accommodate what will be best for you. I have a lot of experience in taking care of animals in their homes. It is great for vacation get-aways! It is often less disruptive for the pet to be in their own surroundings. House sitting may include special extras like watering plants, putting garbage out, taking deliveries or other things that will make you feel worry-free while away. If you prefer to board at my place, I have it set up for pet care with extra beds, toys (if approved by parents), soft blankets and a safe walking neighbourhood with lots of trees and grassy areas. There is a beautiful park a block away that is enjoyed by the pets I care for. My place is clean, uncluttered and pet friendly in all ways. Everything is professionally cleaned after each pet leaves. I work part-time, on-line from home so I have flexibility and time to meet each pet's needs. My 2019 Toyota Highlander is set up for dog transport and is reliable in all weather conditions. I look forward to meeting you and your fur family! I work part time from home mostly on the computer, so I am available to give your pet attention, walks and chill time whether in your home or mine. At night it is a peaceful time and I live in a quiet neighbourhood. My balcony is set up to sit and hang out and often dogs really like it out there. At a client's home, I ask for a daily schedule for your pet so that I can imitate that schedule for the most comfort of the pet. I can do some extras while you are away and make sure that your home and pet are safe and secure at all times. If you choose to board at my home, I do not currently have any animals at home, so your pet will have safety and individual needs met. It is a quiet environment with a beautiful outside balcony for hanging out and safety. The parks nearby are great for walks and it is a quiet environment for enjoying hanging out.
