Pet care experience
I have always been an animal lover! I had an American Eskimo for 14 years and have always had at least two cats, all of them rescues. This is the first time in my life I am without an animal and would like to care for yours. I have my schedule 4 weeks ahead of time, so taking care of your pet is something I am more than willing to do. I have a warm and inviting home out in the woods with over half an acre of land and fenced in property. I will spoil your animal so that they don’t have any anxiety about being away from their owner. I feel animals should all be given unconditional love and plenty of head scratchies.

Laurie did awesome with Jackson! He’s a big dog and she had no trouble handling him. I got constant feedback and I felt relaxed on my two week trip knowing he was in good hands. I would definitely rebook with Laurie again
Tobbe had a great experience Laurie was very welcoming and comforting leaving my 7 mo puppy with someone for the first time I felt at ease when I was Away knowing he was in good hands he enjoyed the back yard movies and much more will def use her again William was also very welcoming and we left extremely happy with the services from start to finish thank you so much!!
Another wonderful stay at the Summer Retreat for Coco! I recommend Laurie to everyone who is thinking about using Rover.com. It really was the BEST decision we ever made for our fur baby! 😊❤️
Words will never begin to express our appreciation to Laurie for caring for our fur baby Coco. He was on a spring break with her that matches no other. We were sent pictures and texts showing regular updates. He came home with a parting gift and new treats! Laurie cared for Coco like he was her own and for that we are forever grateful. We have never used a sitter before. We always had put Coco in a boarding kennel. We will now be using “Aunt” Laurie and I encourage anyone reading this review to do the same. You will not be disappointed!
