Pet care experience
I LOVE DOGS. I’ve had a lot of experience with different types of dogs as well- small medium and large. I have a German Shepherd, Great Pyrenees, Pit-bull greyhound mutt and a small shepherd mix:) I’ve walked and dog sat before for poodle mixes, pitbulls, labs and corgis. I am also a very active person so when I’m not lifting weights in the gym, im walking outside so the only thing better would be walking with a buddy 🐶 I’ve worked with dog trainers too and know how to keep dogs in check!

I have experience with electric collars, choke collars and crate handling. Some of my dogs have used these so if your pup needs this, no problem! Also positive reinforcement and redirecting pups attention to distract them from poor behavior safely.

It’s important for me to know if your dog gets along with people, kids or other dogs so I know to avoid those situations if it occurs, or am aware that I will have to use positive reinforcement to distract your dog. Also if your dog is high energy, what their favorite activities are and if treats are allowed!!:) I am very particular and only give my own pups natural treats without fillers and artificial chemicals.. so dehydrated chicken meat is a good treat and I would love to give your pup a couple if it’s okay!!:)
A typical day
I am a very active person myself and love being outdoors. I love playing “search” with my dog and hide little treats around the house or outdoors and have them sniff around for awhile, it’s stimulating for them and also tires them out easily. Additionally, I love playing fetch and tug of war with my pups. I like peaceful neighborhoods for walking but will walk anywhere.

I currently have a flexible work schedule so when I’m away from work I’m always outside getting fresh air enjoying a walk of my own, so walking with a companion would be even more lovely!
