I am a certified dog trainer committed to using positive reinforcement and fear free methods. My services offer more than your average dog walker. We take the time to focus on loose leash walking skills, engagement and enrichment. I aim to meet your dog's needs both physically and mentally. Close to so many trails around the North Shore, your pup will have a blast running, swimming and all around adventuring on our hikes and will be pooped when they return home!

Lauren was fantastic with Bella. She took her around the neighbourhood and made sure she had enough breaks during the hot part of the day. Lauren took cute photo updates for us and we could see the happiness on Bella’s face. I trust Lauren with Bella and I’ll happily re-book with her in future.
We are a few weeks in to my 2 boys having walks with Lauren and they are settling in nicely to the routine. Lauren is a rock star with them and continues to be cheery and upbeat even with the torrential rain we are having. Thank you Lauren!
I had my meet and greet recently with Lauren and she was an absolute delight. Friendly, nice calm energy that my dogs responded well too and was very confident when handling them on their walk. Clear to see Lauren has lots of experience with all types of dogs. My dogs greeted her with lots of barking as they are very nervous when meeting people in their home (sorry Lauren!) however they settled down quite quickly and Lauren handled it very well and was not put off. Looking forward to my boys become more confident and calm around Lauren as they realize she is a regular visitor to take them on fun walks! Thank you Lauren! I know my boys will be in very good hands.
We had Lauren come in to check out, feed, and walk our 5 month old Golden puppy while my partner and I were away for a few hours - she was so attentive to his specific needs given he is still a puppy. She had wonderful communication skills and made herself available for any questions we had, and our dog loved her. Would definitely recommend Lauren and will reach out to her again!

I understand that just like us, our pets can be in different moods throughout the day. I will be energetic and silly when your pup needs a good play and can chill with them with they need some rest. I will make sure your pet is cared for in every way necessary for their unique situation. As a dog trainer, I have helped dogs work through various behavioural hurdles and have fun teaching them new tricks. My Fear Free Certification has emphasized the importance of positive reinforcement training to keep things fun for all! I have no predetermined judgements on any breeds. They all have a special place in my heart and I would love to take care of your pal, no matter the breed. I do like to confirm that they are dog and kid friendly before taking them out to the trails or other public areas just so I can be aware of what to expect in any situation and make adjustments when necessary.
A typical day
Your pup and I will go on all sorts of adventures! Walks around the neighbourhood, big trail hikes and maybe even some swims in the river on those hot summer days. We will focus on engagement and continue to work toward your training goals.
