Pet care experience
I have looked after many dogs over the years, of many different breeds. My family have a miniature sausage dog called Cooper who I look after often. He has special requirements being a sausage dog, so I am used to making adjustments for them. I also potty trained him as a puppy so have experience with all of that if necessary. Breeds I have looked after include; Golden Retriever, Cavipoo, Chihuahua, Frenchie, Staffie, Pug, Sharpay, Miniature Poodle, Whippet.

Lauren is absolutely fantastic with both, cats and dogs. My dog Benno adores her and can’t get enough of her company. Lauren goes above and beyond to ensure Benno feels comfortable in his surroundings and is always well fed. She takes him on wonderful walks which has even inspired me to take Benno out further afield too! I couldn’t recommend anyone else other than Lauren to look after your pets, 10/10 rating from me!
Lauren is without a doubt the best person to leave your pet with she absolutely loves animals, has a dog of her own and I’ve never seen her once complain about a single pet owner responsibility. My own dog loves Lauren and she is always mindful to make sure the dog is comfortable before she strokes or holds them. Lauren is very trustworthy and you would have no problem leaving her pet with her.

I am happy to purchase a dog/cat bed, but also happy to have any bedding your dog/cat requires in my house. I have 2 floors which they can happily go between. I have a small patio outside my house I can take the out to and live a stones throw from Kirkstall Abbey and the Leeds/Liverpool canal for walks. I drive so also happy to come to you and/or take them further afield - Roundhay is one of my faves!

Please let me know any specific requirements you have. I want to make your dog/s feel as though they are cared for and understood - like they are at home! Whatever I can do to help them feel comfortable I will do :) My own sausage dog has specific feeding times, walking routes, areas allowed in the house so I am more than happy to cater to specific needs.
A typical day
I love playing games, teaching new tricks, going on walks. Me and my boyfriend enjoy visiting new walking locations with scenic views and maybe a beach!

Availability
I work remotely usually Monday, Thursday and Friday. I will go on at least one walk a day so it would be great to have a dog to join me! I am usually around most weekends if I am not watching my boyfriend play rugby. Lots of dogs go to the games so I could even take them along if they fancy.
