*NOT CURRENTLY STAYING AT HOMES OVERNIGHT* Hello, my name is Lauren and I have always been one to gravitate toward animals! I grew up riding horses and always had a dog around. I have been watching animals since I was 16 and have watched dogs, cats, horses, lambs, koi fish, and any other pet you may think of. I am an agriculture major and had the chance to work as a veterinary technician for a short time, so I’m comfortable with the medical needs of most animals. I have one dog named Millie, she is a one-year-old Australian cattle dog that I got when we moved to Texas. She loves going to the dog park, going on walks, playing in the yard, and snuggling. I would love to watch your dogs, and can guarantee lots of photos, videos, and updates throughout my time with them. Lauren Is a family friend of ours who watched our two dogs, and three horses. She always did such a great job keeping stalls clean and being attentive to the animals needs and health and is one of the only people we trust with our animals. We are very close to Lauren, she helped us ride and keep our horses legged up, and even leased and rodeoed on one of our horses during college. I can assure you Lauren is a trustworthy animal sitter, we are so sad she moved to Texas! I would recommend her time and time again.

I have a fenced in yard, one dog, who is very friendly and playful and I’m always happy to send pictures/videos of your animals while watching them! I have worked temporary early and a vet office, and have always been around horses, so I am comfortable giving oral or injecting medicines.

I would love to know if your dog has any vices, or any activities in their normal schedule that you would like to keep. It is important to me to know if your dog has any special needs, and exactly what your expectations are so we can make sure it is a good fit.
A typical day
I am a very active person, and love to take my dog on walks on trails and on runs if the weather permits. My dog loves to go to the dog park and play with toys in the yard and always have some snuggle time.

Availability
I currently work two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday)from 9 to 5 and work from home the rest of the week. I have lots of time on the weekends as well as during the week to take walks, play in the yard, or go to the park!
