Pet care experience
As a kid I loved walking my neighbors dogs. Throughout veterinary school I have taken care of classmates dogs, cats, ferrets, and hamsters in addition to caring for my own cat. I’m looking to continue small animal care for your pets as I start my vet med career in public health.

Lauren did a great job dealing with a very tricky situation. We had to leave our 10 year old dog with some ongoing, new health issues, and Lauren handled them like a champ. She kept us updated throughout the week on Reese's condition and also took great care of our other dog. She also left our house extremely clean when she left which was much appreciated after a long vacation.

Lauren was organized at our pre-meeting with a list of questions she wanted to have answered to properly take care of my dog! She was proactively responsive leading up to the sitting and sent updates and pics throughout. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a pet sitter!

Leash walks available for all pets and supervised outdoor play time. Willing to crate and muzzle pets per owners desires and pet needs. My goal is to understand and execute how to keep your pets safe in their environment while giving them space to exhibit normal behaviors and burn off energy. All new clients & pets will need a meet and greet prior to my care for them to ensure we are a good match, do introductions, and learn more specifics from you about their needs.

Please inform me of any medication they may need while I care for them, and how tolerant they are of that medications administration. I would also love to know how they interact with other animals and if their are Behavioural concerns that need to be accommodated for.
A typical day
I will happily take your dog around your neighborhood, and especially love to play fetch & tug of war in fenced back yards. If a solid relationship becomes established and you are comfortable doing so, I frequent the many metro parks and would potentially the willing to walk dogs on pet trails for further enrichment & new environments.

Currently a part time masters of public health student & 2023 vet med grad looking to continue animal care part time while I finish my Masters. I have flexibility with morning/afternoon/evening a few days a week as needed
