Lauryn was very nice and took many pictures of our dogs. However, she did not remember the time we were supposed to be home and would have left our pups alone for an entire 12 hours if she had not texted that she left our keys in the house at 830am. We had scheduled with her to be at our home until 800pm. She never locked the back door as instructed and was able to renter the home through the unlocked door to finish her in home sitting. She did not stay with our dogs as we asked as we have a 3 month old puppy that needs to be taken out every four hours. In addition, the puppy was an added expense with Rover for the additional care they require which we feel our pup did not receive. For the time of noon on Saturday until 8pm on Sunday the fee was almost $400. The fee paid did not match the care that was provided. I would have expected for that price that majority of time would have been spent with our dog and puppy vs less time and a check in system.

Lauren has taken great care of my yellow lab diesel in the past. When she would come to visit she always made diesel feel extra special and bring him a toy or a treat. She has always been my go to girl for all of my pet question needs. Due to her extensive knowledge on animal care. Her big heart for animals and her history working in vet clinic’s makes her a perfect fit for this job. On top of all of this she is a very talented artist and has made me some beautiful pet portraits of my beloved Diesel.
