PLEASE NOTE: I can only sit overnight if I bring my dog with me (he is a lab/collie mix, 2 years old). I've taken care of dogs my whole life; I grew up with a 70lb-pitbull/lab mix, I currently own a rescue dog with behavior issues; and I've taken care of pets professionally.

Lauren was amazing. She took care of our 2 dogs. One dog is very challenging but Lauren knew exactly how to work with her. Our other dog needed to go to the vet because he had a stomach issue and she took him with no problems. She gave us constant updates on how the dogs were doing and lots of pics. As much as we would want Lauren for ourselves, she would make a great dog sitter for anyone.
Lauren dogsat my little prince, Louis, for me when I was away and I couldnt have been more thankful. She was especially attentive to my needy and spoiled lil brat. I have had many different close relatives and friend watched Louis when I was away but Lauren is the first and only one that Louis would let pet and snuggle up to. That says a lot about Lauren. I have no doubt that she will be a wonderful pet caregiver.
Lauren has watched my dog before for up to a month. She is loving and responsible. My dog was healthier when I got him back than he was before I left him. She is wonderful with communication and will send you updates on your pet. I had a wonderful experience with her as my pet caregiver!!

I have my own dog that I can bring with me if you prefer to have your pet socialize. My dog loves other dogs and is happy to play with them! If not, I am able to stay at your home (or drop in for visits) as needed. Please note, I am unable to stay at a person's home overnight without bringing my own dog.

My dog had a severe behavioral issue when I first adopted him so I am very skilled in fearful, timid, shy, and even dogs that show fear-based aggression. I also have practice caring for dogs with separation anxiety. Please let me know if your dog(s) have any of these characteristics!
A typical day
I love taking dogs on hikes (if they are up for it) but if that's not their style then a backyard romp or a neighborhood walk is fine for me! I also like playing with the dog's toys if they are a toy lover. And if they already know tricks, I like to enforce those so they continue to practice!

Availability
I'm currently working from home, so I can easily bring my laptop with me if I need to stay at a person's home for awhile (day or night). I am flexible and can accommodate most schedules. I drive and have no other dependents except my own dog!
