It is unfortunate that some people, Lauren in particular use Rover as a way to earn revenue but seem to be disconnected from the attention puppies need. Services should consist of walking, feeding and WATCHING our pride and joy. It is clear that Lauren did not look after my dog. I received one picture for the 3 days that my dog was with her. Every other sitter has sent me multiple photos. Most of my dog's food was returned to me without any communication that he did not eat. The day of the pick up. Lauren texted me telling me her boyfriend will be there to give me my dog because she (the person paid to watch my dog had to go to an appointment). There was no prior knowledge of this. At pick-up I was told that my dog chewed her sofa and was shown a picture of a small hold in a microfiber sofa. No heads up that this occurred, but what is most alarming is this reflection: Where was Lauren when this occurred? This could have been an electric socket! As dog owners there are chew toys that puppies naturally need. The instructions clearly requires owners to watch their puppies/dogs while they play. How can you be a dog sitter and not understand what is required? It is more than just having space to accommodate while you do whatever else. If you have activities that will hold your attention why not put the dog in a crate? I will never use Lauren's services again. She actually had the audacity to ask me to pay for her sofa after SHE did not meet the service expectations that she states she delivers in her advertisement of services. Another example of people going into professions just for income and without passion. Good luck using her, I will never!

Loved the photos and it seemed like Cosmo had a great time away! Lauren was great with communicating everything and I felt very reassured during his stay. Thanks Lauren!
