Pet care experience
When I was thirteen, I took care of a Catahoula mutt and a Shiba Inu. My jobs were to visit the families' homes, make sure the dogs had water and were fed, walk them, administer any medication necessary, and play with them. At fifteen, my parents brought home two nine week old Labrador-Springer Spaniel mixes, and I've helped take care of them ever since--through house breaking, ear infections, you name it, I was there. I strongly believe that all dogs, no matter their breed, size, or age, should be loved and treated like family. I am not afraid of big dogs with big teeth, I am capable of playing fetch and going for walks and jogs, I love tug of war, and lap dogs rock.

Information Lauren S. would like to know about your pet
I would prefer to meet both the owner and the dog(s) so that I can get to know them, and witness the dog's temperament in public spaces. As for breed preferences, I'm open to any and all breeds, from Pomeranian to Pit bull.
A typical day
In the New Tampa area, I know of at least two places that have open dog runs, and one park that allows you to have the dog leashed and walk around a shaded paved path. If the home has a yard, and if it's big enough and/or fenced in, I will gladly let the dogs romp around and play with them.
