Pet care experience
Hi there! My name is Lauren and I love dogs and cats alike. I have recently moved to Colorado and hope to adopt a pug or corgi soon. I graduated from LSU Law in May and I am studying for my law license. I am also a legal content writer and work remotely. Due to my flexible schedule, I am available for up to two drop-ins or walks every day. Currently I am caring for my two amazing kitties, Jay (or J.K. Meowling) and Cinnabun. I am very excited to care for your dog or cat! I love getting to visit with dogs and walk them since I can't yet adopt my own. Thank you for trusting me to care for your companion. I can assure you I will have everything taken care of, from food to fresh water daily to playtime and walks. Please let me know what special needs or diet your pet may have.

Lauren grew up in a home that cared for and raised several dogs , most from a rescue or local shelter. The terrier mixes, beagle and lab mix knew that they would be treated right and enjoyed the comfort of being in the house with someone to keep them company. These dogs knew that their humans cared for them like family.
I have known Lauren for several years and have always known here to be a great animal lover. She introduced me to great ideas about how to approach being a responsible dog owner and working on building positive reinforcement. Lauren is very patient and very empathetic with dogs as well as being a very trustworthy person. You can trust her completely.

If we are in your backyard, he or she can be off-leash to get in some play time. If we are otherwise out and about, like on a regular walk, he/she will be kept on a leash.

A typical day
I would love to take walks with your dog throughout your neighborhood or at a local park. If it is a fenced-in park, I can bring his or her toys and give him or her some play time to get that extra energy out! I plan to give your dog plenty of play time, attention, and backyard roaming time.
