Lauren was wonderful! She was available last minute to walk my dog, Pepper and I could not be more grateful! She communicated clearly and asked great questions prior to the scheduled walk to ensure she knew how best to care for my girl. She even sent pictures to me, which calmed my nerves and made me smile on my first day at a new job. We have two large and strong retrievers, one of whom is a bit temperamental. Lauren is wonderful with our dogs and one of the very few whom we feel comfortable leaving off our dog's muzzle when she is with them. She is affectionate, patient and more than capable handling them on her own. Recommend highly.
