I believe in positive reinforcement and that each dog is unique. I try to understand their nature and tailor my interactions with the dog based on that. I love taking dogs to state parks and on hikes. I have cared for a wide variety of dogs including a pitbull/lab that I took everyday to work with me, collecting water samples one summer and my dog Ube whom is a senior. I took a 6 week class on obedience with that dog so I have minor training knowledge. While dogs are my favorite I also have experience with cats, fish, hamsters, and rabbits. As a pet owner myself (four bunnies and Ube) I know how are it is to leave your beloved animal with someone else, therefore I seek to provide the best care possible. All profits from Rover go towards paying off my student loans.

Lauren was amazing! She sent updates during the stay and even let me know a better way to get my senior pup to finish his meals. We absolutely will ask Lauren to stay again.
Leaving my dogs will never be a issue again as I have Lauren to be my dog/house sitter. Lauren did a fabulous job taking care of my dogs while staying at my house for 5 days/4 nights. I am looking forward to booking her again later this month and I know my two dogs will be so excited to see her again! Thank you Lauren! AWESOME job!!!!
Lauren did such a great job taking care of our energetic one-year-old golden retriever! I was thankful she stayed in touch during the stay, and she even sent me daily pictures of my puppy with updates. This was the longest we had left our dog for vacation, and it was wonderful to know he was being well taken care of and loved while we were away. Lauren even introduced him to bubbles for fun! Our dog is a high energy puppy, so I was also grateful that Lauren didn't seem intimidated by the task and was so kind about it. I would definitely hire Lauren again and recommend her services!
This was my first time using a sitter and having a stranger in my home. I was nervous trying to quickly find someone that was trustworthy and that I would have confidence in to handle my dog (pit/lab mix). Lauren was great! She spent a lot of time with Leyla, she walked her daily, played with her, sent me pics, and was responsive when I called or texted her. She was also very accommodating and agreed to stay an extra night so I could extend my vacation. My dog was happy to see me when I got home but I could tell she liked the time she spent with Lauren because she was not stressed or depressed like she was in the past after boarding. Lauren is a genuinely nice and happy person and I am looking forward to using her again in the future. I cannot thank her enough for taking good care of my Leyla. I highly recommend Lauren. You will not be disappointed.
