Pet care experience
I have grown up with dogs all my life, although primarily small dogs I love them all the same. I signed up to be on Rover because I remember how terrifying it is to leave your dog with a stranger and how sad it could be to know that the only option might be to board your dog at the vet. I want to be able to put a pet owners mind at ease when they need to take a vacation or a trip out of town. That the dog will be cared for as they care for their dog and the emotional stress of being separated from your best friend will be as minimal as possible for both you and your dog. I hope to sustain as much of a normal routine for your dog as I possibly can. I can provide videos, pictures, and face time if desired so that you can have peace of mind with positive daily updates!

I could not have had a better sitter. Lauren took great care of my dog, and I could tell he enjoyed staying with her and her dogs. Vacation was more fun knowing he was well taken care of!
Lauren is an AMAZING pet sitter! She took care of our pup for a week while we were out of the country and made me feel at ease the entire time. She sent daily videos, pictures and updates and we could tell that Lulu was having a blast and that she loved hanging with Lauren's two small, friendly dogs of her own. I could tell that she really cared and loved Lulu as if she was one of her own dogs for the week. She gave Lulu her weekly meds she was on and followed our directions exactly. We will definitely be using Lauren again. I highly recommend her if you want a safe, loving, homey feel for your pet while you are away.
Reuben loved his stay with Lauren! She made him feel right at home and part of her family. We received lots of updates and photos. Highly recommend!
Lauren was amazing. She and her roommate were so sweet and caring and loved on Piper like their own. Lauren was wonderful to deal with Piper's high energy puppy antics and sent so many pics to put my mind at ease. She was very flexible with drop off/pick up times and was so easy to get in touch with. I'd recommend Lauren to anyone and will definitely be using her again!

I would like to know any behavior quirks the dog may have. Their daily routine for food and potty. What words/commands the dogs respond best to. How high energy is the dog. If the dog is extremely high energy and over the weight of 45lbs then I may need to make special arrangements as my dogs do not respond as well to large high energy breeds.
A typical day
I live very close to Buffalo Bayou, my apartment has a small dog park in it with lots of dogs all types and sizes, as well as my apartment backs up to a cute neighborhood that I can take the pups on a walk in. There are a million toys in the apartment and wrestling is a daily activity my dogs partake in.
