I grew up looking after, walking and dog sitting several dogs of different breeds and sizes (from Jack Russells and Daschunds to Setters and Great Danes) from friends and family. I have never had the means to adopt my own dog but I adore all animals and recognise the benefits not only for myself but for the dogs who are nervous/bored/stuck inside for the majority of the day. With my car I am able to provide stimulating days out to the beach. I am also a photographer willing to provide treasured mementos of your best pals. My experience ranges from caring for puppies and mummas as well as lending a helping hand with the home life of guide dog in training. I have also been responsible for giving medicine to dogs in my care when sitting. All of which have been wonderful eye opening experiences.
