Pet care experience
I've loved dogs my whole life - they're such wonderful companions! I have a good deal of experience with the unique needs of older and special needs pets and I'm Pet First Aid/CPR certified through the American Red Cross. I really just love being around dogs and find so much joy in getting to know their unique personalities. I provide walks and in-home visits, and occasionally have overnight stays available. I love cats and am happy to petsit for them as well! I'm a student at UNCG with a very flexible schedule and reliable transportation. I'm just getting started as a pet sitter, but I have a lot of experience caring for dogs of my own. I have a passion for animals and enjoy nothing more than seeing them happy, healthy, and well-loved. As a pet owner, I know how stressful it can be to leave your dogs behind - you can trust that I will treat your beloved four-legged family members as if they were my own.

Please notify me of any health concerns or dietary restrictions to keep in mind, as well as any specific fears your dog may have. It is also helpful to know how your dog responds to other dogs and cats. and if they have any trouble walking on a leash (pulling, etc). I have no breed preferences/restrictions.
A typical day
Walking is one of my favorite activities, and having a dog along just makes it all the more fun! My favorite places to walk are at Country Park (2 miles) and Barber Park (1 mile) but Greensboro has so many great parks and trails it's hard to pick. Playtime is always a treat as well. Fetch was a favorite of my last dog - she never wanted to stop! Senior dogs hold a special place in my heart. If your dog is older and isn't one for play or long walks but would enjoy a quiet visit from someone who will pet them and provide some company during the day, that's great too. I'm very flexible and I will do whatever I can to make your dog happy in the way that best suits their unique personality!
