Hello, I'm Lauren! I am a 24 year old emergency vet tech who loves dogs and cats of all kinds. I have grown up around animals my entire life and work with all different breeds and temperaments. I have been pet and house sitting for neighbors and family friends for years now and find it’s a good way to make a little extra income and get to know some great dogs! I have experience with older dogs and giving medications, as well as puppies and young dogs who need lots of exercise and attention. I am comfortable with cats and other animals as well. I am an emergency veterinary technician so I have ample experience with animal behavior, administering medications and overall dog care. When taking after other families pets I understand it is important they feel comfortable with the person watching their furry friend, feel free to contact me at any time if you feel this could be a good fit. :) I’m currently working Monday- Tuesday, Thursday- Friday 10 hours shifts a day. If your dog is vaccinated and friendly with others dogs I can take them to my doggie day care at work while I watch them as well :) Currently living in a pet friendly apartment, willing to take small breed, calm dogs into my space. Always willing to stay in the pets own environment.
