Hello! My name is Lauren, and I’m looking forward to caring for your pets! I’m born & raised in Michigan but currently live in Downtown Detroit. I’m conveniently located next to Ford Field, Comerica Park, and Little Caesars Arena. I have a 1-year-old, male Irish Doodle, who is extremely friendly with other dogs & has lots of energy.

Lauren was great, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the whole experience. Lauren was so nice and professional, always punctual. Her rate is incredibly fair, too. And my dog, Fern, got two of her fave things while there: to sit with a human and to watch the neighborhood from a window. I now like Rover a lot more than transitional dog day care places, and most of that has to do with Lauren. Will definitely be back.

I live in a very pet-friendly apartment complex! You can see people outside walking their pets all day long, especially when the weather is nice! While there’s no yard, I live in a safe neighborhood, with ample walking space and the bonus of 24/7 security! I walk Murphy every day and play ball outside. I do have a roommate, but she’s extremely comfortable and familiar with dogs. The unit itself is ~1,000 sq feet and extremely clean and well kept; when all the doors are closed, it’d be hard to find anything to get into! We’re comfortable with dogs being on the furniture and left out when we’re gone, as long as they’re house trained.

A typical day
We’re a big fan of walks in this household! I typically walk Murphy once or twice a day, and would love to take your dog out too! There are also several parks in the Metro Detroit area that are dog friendly.

Availability
I have a full-time job, which is 75% remote. I only go into the office once or twice a week, so I’m home most days and have plenty of time to care for your pets! When I do go into the office, I’m within walking distance of my apartment, so I’m never too far.
