I've had dogs my whole life and with my family we've owned an entire range of dogs. We've owned adopted dogs, had one dog since she was a puppy, and I've had terriers and an over-sized Doberman. Owning a dog has always been part of my life and knowing how to care for them was just something that was expected and came naturally to me. I love being outside (even in the winter!) and I can match the energy of the dog I am walking/caring for. Presently, I live in an apartment and can't own a dog and therefore dog walking and caring for other's dogs has come to be a way for me to spend time with the canine kind. I do still have a pet (an adorable cat named Kublai) and would love to be able to provide for animals and show them love even when their owners are not home.
